Harold Dotson | CEO/Owner

Harold S. Dotson brings more than 10 years experience in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting situations to his role as CEO and Owner of H&M Financial Group. He is an alumni of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Since then, Harold has gained experience through Senior Accountant and Management roles for a variety of companies in the Washington DC Metro area.

For small-to large-sized businesses, Harold has extensive expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns and audits, compilations, and payroll taxes reports. In addition, he is proficient in consulting and supporting computerized accounting systems. Harold is dedicated to helping clients achieve individual and business success by providing innovative, personalized, reliable, and high-quality service.

Harold is an active member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. He is also a Registered Tax Preparer and member of the Annual Filing Season Program with the IRS.
